Chad has worked in the Finance Industry for over a decade. Starting his career with one of the big banks and also working in the insurance industry where he has amassed a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Financial Planning. With a customer centric strategy Chad and his clients develop an individually personalized Financial Plan, helping create whatever financial freedom means to them. He has his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation.

Chad is married with one young son and a daughter on the way. He loves all sports and although sometimes challenging; is an avid Oilers fan. He loves to travel and spend his spare time with friends and family.

Chase has been a professional within the industry for over 15 years and successfully acquired full ownership of KLM Wealth Management recently and now is the main leader behind it's vision and growth.

Using a purely holistic approach, Chase and the team work with individuals and families to create a fully customizable financial plan in order to help clients meet their personal goals and objectives. Chase holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, allowing him to pull from an even richer vault of resources to enable his clients.

Chase graduated from the University of Alberta with a Major in Finance and Minor in Business Economics & International Business. Before joining KLM, he worked in Calgary & Indonesia with an Energy Firm & Global Real Estate Firm.

Chase loves to travel, participate in any type of sport, and spend quality time with his friends & family.

Chase is an active member on the Investment Planning Counsel's National Advisory Board.

Crystal has been working with Bill McLaren at KLM Financial since 2005. Her career in the financial field originated in 2002 when she began working at TD Canada Trust with Bill who was her Branch Manager. She soon relocated to work with Bill at KLM Financial and successfully completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course. Crystal truly enjoys working with the KLM Financial team as an executive assistant.

Marcie joined the team in 2013 as an Executive Assistant. After graduating from NAIT’s finance program 20 years ago, she has worked in various roles within the financial industry. She has obtained both the Canadian Securities Course and the Option’s & Derivatives licensing courses also.
